Project Overview:

Monroe Truck Equipment needed a large-scale industrial renovation to support their operations with expanded functionality and improved infrastructure.

Scope of Work:

We completed interior demolition, installed new offices, dock doors, and ceiling grids. Additional improvements included concrete, geotechnical testing, asphalt, metal stairs, and a guardrail system. Comprehensive plumbing, compressed air lines, mechanical, electrical, and sprinkler updates were also performed.
