The space was completely demoed and ready for our Anytime Fitness up fit. The project consisted of new roof top mechanical units, new plumbing, new electrical, new walls, and all new finishes following the latest Anytime Fitness design. A new set of concrete stairs and new handrails were installed on the rear exterior of the space along with new access controlled storefront entrance in the front. This Anytime Fitness is now open and ready to bring a healthy lifestyle to the Franklin VA area for many years to come.
This project located in Franklin VA is a 5,260 square foot up fit, housed in an existing retail shopping center.
