Project Overview:
The space was completely demoed and transformed into a modern Anytime Fitness facility, housed within an existing retail shopping center.

Scope of Work:
Our team installed new rooftop mechanical units, plumbing, electrical systems, and interior walls. The finishes were updated to reflect the latest Anytime Fitness design standards. Exterior improvements included a new access-controlled storefront entrance and the addition of concrete stairs with handrails at the rear.
