Project Overview:
This vacant space required extensive preparation and finishing to transform it into a versatile area suitable for a wide range of future tenants.

Scope of Work:
We conducted large-scale demolition, removing walls, flooring, HVAC units, and electrical systems. New offices, millwork, flooring, paint, plumbing fixtures, and concrete were installed, along with updated RTU, dock doors, and electrical systems.
