Envisicon™ opened its office to the public in November 2020 with the intention to be the best that we can be for our clients. Through our experience and innovation, we can act with the utmost integrity to meet our clients’ every need. At Envisicon™ we are a family within the office and a family within our client base. Our motto at Envisicon™ is simple, “Your Vision. Our Mission.” We never have our clients wondering about the status of any part of their project. Envisicon™ is an unlimited general contracting company based out of Mount Airy, North Carolina. We currently hold an unlimited general contractor’s license in North Carolina and Virginia. We offer construction services in industrial, educational, retail, and healthcare. Being based along the North Carolina – Virginia border, nestled near the Blue Ridge Parkway, provides us the opportunity to service our clients’ needs in both states.
The President of Operations, Kenneth Harrold, has many years of experience in the commercial construction industry. He has worked on multiple projects that range from simple office renovations to building chemo compounding pharmacies and working behind the redline in operating rooms. He takes pride in customer service and will go above and beyond to guarantee every project is a success.

When working with a commercial project there are alot of determining factors that goes into a construction schedule/time frame. Design time, plan review, and lead times for materials all determine a projects time frame.
The interior scope of work along with the grade of interior finishes determine a price. Materials have to be selected to give an accurate price.
In most cases, the projects that require a permit are those that change the structure or use of a building.
At Envisicon, each project is dedicated to a specific project manager who will be your main point of contact and will be handling all of the necessary communication.
Due to the current COVID-19 situation, all proposals are good for 15 days. After 15 days, we do require a materials update for all pricing.
